Highlight of the Tropical Agriculture field trip: high technology equipment used for rice variety purification test and for other research in Rice Science Center & Rice Gene Discovery KU KPS. The one which used for preparation to detect DNA sequence variation (it works by itself automatically!) is my favorite one. And their water bath shaker is wayyyy much more sophisticated than the one i have used before.

Actually they have another high technology equipment beside these three, but didn't took a picture because too busy to spazzing over it. I know for sure, life (and also final research) would be so much easier with this kind of equipment :")

Well, no wonder Thailand produce the top-quality and become one of the world's largest rice exporter. Even i don't know much about Agriculture, i like the way Thai government invested in irrigation, infrastructure and other pro-rice projects. Everyone including government, researcher and farmers works together to increase rice production. Nice nice nice.
